a concealed triple thermostatic valve with a fixed head and handset, all in brushed brass
a back-to-wall toilet on a concealed cistern frame, which frees up floor space
a wall-hung vanity, plus a slim 300mm tall cabinet for storage

A full refurbishment that turned up hidden damp (G61, August 2026)

This main bathroom was a similar size, about 1.9m × 2.3m. It got a walk-in shower with a return panel, a brushed brass towel radiator, 30 × 60cm wall tiles and LVT flooring. Once we stripped the room we found three layers of old tiles on the walls. Most of the floorboards underneath were damp, so we replaced them before going any further. The quote came to £8,391 including VAT. The customer wrote afterwards:
