Our case studies
A few of the bathrooms we’ve fitted around Glasgow, what each job involved and what the customer said once we’d finished.
Giffnock · Wet room
Tony’s wet room
Tony and his wife first came to us six years ago for their en-suite. This year they asked us back to turn their downstairs shower room into a full wet room.
What we did
- Stripped the old shower room back to the bare structure
- Fitted a wet room floor former and drain, then fully tanked the room
- Electric underfloor heating set in a self-levelling screed
- Large-format Porcelanosa tiles, about 30m², with a feature wall
- Wall-hung toilet with concealed cistern and a concealed shower valve
- Fluted vanity unit with a vessel basin
- Took the LED mirror apart and swapped its LEDs so it matches the rest of the lighting
★★★★★“It is by far, the best bathroom I have ever been in. We love every aspect of it.”
“They suggested removing a small section of wall which allowed us to have a far bigger shower enclosure. There was no extra cost for this.”

Period property · Bathroom & cloakroom
Anita’s bathroom & cloakroom
Anita’s bathroom and cloakroom were in a period property, so the job was about bringing in modern fittings without losing the character of the house.
What we did
- Renovated both the bathroom and the cloakroom
- Planned each detail around the older building
- Fitted modern sanitaryware and fixtures to suit a period home
- Kept the house tidy and Anita updated at every stage
★★★★★“The transformation is nothing short of spectacular.”
“At times it was technically demanding, yet the team never once cut corners or rushed decisions.”

Bearsden · Bathroom remodel
Sara’s bathroom
Sara’s old, outdated bathroom was remodelled in November 2025. She was living in the house throughout, so the plan was built around that.
What we did
- Written quote sent the day after the visit
- Worked through the design with Sara so everything was as she wanted
- Left her with a working toilet and washing facilities every night
- Fixed anything not quite perfect before handover
★★★★★“I’ve had folk say it’s like a 5 star hotel standard bathroom!”
“It was genuinely as if it was their own bathroom they were so meticulous!”
